Quick easy chicken stock
- 2 cup boiling water
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 large skins and bones from
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Add the skins and bones to a pan with a tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Semi fry the skins and bones 3 minutes add water seasonings
- Cover and boil 10 -12 minutes I used the skins and fried them up on another recipe
- Take and put liquids in to a container to use in another recipe
