Quick easy chicken stock

  1. Add the skins and bones to a pan with a tablespoon of vegetable oil
  2. Semi fry the skins and bones 3 minutes add water seasonings
  3. Cover and boil 10 -12 minutes I used the skins and fried them up on another recipe
  4. Take and put liquids in to a container to use in another recipe

boiling water, celery salt, salt, garlic, onion, bones from, vegetable oil
