Bacon Cheddar Muffins

  1. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, milk, oil and egg just until moistened.
  2. Fold in cheese and bacon.
  3. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
  4. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan to a wire rack.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers.
