Tasty Non-Fried Shrimp in Mayonnaise Sauce
- 10 Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Milk
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 dash Salt, sake
- Prepping the shrimp After removing the shell and vein from the shrimp, slice them down the middle.
- You can cut either down the outsides or insides, but it saves time if you cut down the outside, while removing the veins, and the texture will be more tender.
- Preseason with a bit of salt and sake.
- Use a paper towel to gently absorb excess water from shrimp, coat with katakuriko, and saute both sides in frying pan.
- I also added some broccoli.
- Remove from pan and let cool.
- Combine ingredients marked with a in a bowl.
- Coat shrimp with sauce, and serve.
- Here it is with spinach in place of broccoli.
- Try it with a variety of vegetables!
