Tasty Non-Fried Shrimp in Mayonnaise Sauce

  1. Prepping the shrimp After removing the shell and vein from the shrimp, slice them down the middle.
  2. You can cut either down the outsides or insides, but it saves time if you cut down the outside, while removing the veins, and the texture will be more tender.
  3. Preseason with a bit of salt and sake.
  4. Use a paper towel to gently absorb excess water from shrimp, coat with katakuriko, and saute both sides in frying pan.
  5. I also added some broccoli.
  6. Remove from pan and let cool.
  7. Combine ingredients marked with a in a bowl.
  8. Coat shrimp with sauce, and serve.
  9. Here it is with spinach in place of broccoli.
