Orange Skillet Chicken

  1. Mix cornstarch, broth, concentrate, and marmalade until smooth.
  2. Coat skillet with oil and cook chicken till browned on all sides.
  3. Remove chicken pieces and add broth mixture.
  4. Cook till boiling and slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken to skillet, reduce heat and simmer till chicken reaches 170 on thermometer.
  6. Serve over rice.
