Foil-Pack Creamy Tilapia and Asparagus Packet
- 4 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 4-1/2 cups hot water, divided
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup CLASSICO Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce and Spread
- 8 tilapia fillets (2 lb.) Walmart Supercenter 1 pkg For $10.98 thru 02/14
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Combine rice and 1 qt.
- (4 cups) hot water; let stand 5 min.
- or until water is absorbed.
- Meanwhile, mix cream cheese spread, pesto and remaining hot water until blended.
- Spoon rice mixture onto centers of 8 large sheets heavy-duty foil; top with fish, asparagus and cream cheese spread mixture.
- Fold to make 8 packets; place in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Remove from oven; let stand 5 min.
- Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets.
