Foil-Pack Creamy Tilapia and Asparagus Packet

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Combine rice and 1 qt.
  3. (4 cups) hot water; let stand 5 min.
  4. or until water is absorbed.
  5. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese spread, pesto and remaining hot water until blended.
  6. Spoon rice mixture onto centers of 8 large sheets heavy-duty foil; top with fish, asparagus and cream cheese spread mixture.
  7. Fold to make 8 packets; place in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
  8. Bake 15 min.
  9. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  10. Remove from oven; let stand 5 min.
  11. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets.
