Espresso Brownies
- 12 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 14 cups flour
- 12 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 13 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 13 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9x9x2 pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the margarine, sugar, egg, egg white and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Combine flour, cocoa, coffee and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing weel.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
