Egg-Free Pancakes
- 200 grams Pancake mix
- 80 grams Yogurt (I use one container of Danone Bio brand)
- 120 ml Milk or soy milk
- Combine the yogurt and milk (or soy milk) in a bowl and mix.
- Add the pancake mix and briskly mix.
- Don't over-mix!
- You can leave a few lumps.
- Then all you have to do is make them in a frying pan Be sure not to under-bake them; bake them all the way through!
