Roasted garlic
- 1 whole garlic head, cleaned and peeled
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small sheet of foil
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees .
- Clean and peel one whole head of garlic.
- Depending on the size of the head you should get around 8-10 whole cloves.
- Lay whole garlic cloves on the small sheet of foil and drizzle with olive oil.
- Fold foil around garlic to make a pouch and place on baking sheet.
- Roast garlic in a 450 degrees oven for about 30-35 minutes.
- Enjoy fresh roasted garlic for any recipe or garlic breads.
