Roasted garlic

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees .
  2. Clean and peel one whole head of garlic.
  3. Depending on the size of the head you should get around 8-10 whole cloves.
  4. Lay whole garlic cloves on the small sheet of foil and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Fold foil around garlic to make a pouch and place on baking sheet.
  6. Roast garlic in a 450 degrees oven for about 30-35 minutes.
  7. Enjoy fresh roasted garlic for any recipe or garlic breads.
