Hot Red Pepper Jelly

  1. Wash jars and keep hot and put lids in a pan and bring to a boil and keep hot.
  2. Puree sweet and hot peppers and vinegar in blender.
  3. In large sauepan add peppers, vinegar, and sugar and bring to a rolling boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Add 2 pouches of certo ans bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour into jars and screw on tops.
