Cheesy Beer Soup

  1. Cook and stir onion and garlic in butter in large saucepan on medium-high heat until tender.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  3. Add VELVEETA, milk, beer, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted and soup is hot.
  5. Pour into 4 serving bowls; sprinkle with green onion.
  6. Makes 4 (1-cup) servings.
