Cardamom-Cinnamon Guinness

  1. In a small saucepan, lightly muddle the cardamom pods and cinnamon stick.
  2. Add the Guinness and bring to a boil.
  3. Lower the heat and simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Let cool, then strain the spiced Guinness into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
