Award Winning Beef Spiedies Recipe

• 4 lb Beef, cut into cubes
• 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 c. Cider vinegar
• 2/3 c. Lime juice
• 1/2 c. Margarine, melted
• 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 3 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp White pepper
• 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
• 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
• 1 tsp Dry mint flakes

1. Combine all marinade ingredients.
2. Add in meat and marinate 72 hrs, turning occasionally.
3. Skewer and grill meat, basting with marinade.
