Easy Cheesy Tofu Dip

• 8 ounces soft tofu, mashed
• 3 tablespoons crumbled gorgonzola
• 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
• 1 thinly sliced green onion, with 3 inches of green
• 14 cup fat free sour cream
• salt, to taste

1. Combine all, serve with apple wedges or sesame flatbread.
