Alaska Crab With Chardonnay Lemon-Herb Splash

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well; cover and refrigerate.
  2. Before serving, bring to room temperature.
  3. Serve drizzled over crab -- that has been simply steamed, boiled, microwaved or broiled.
  4. (Crab is ready when the internal temperature reaches 145F and only needs fast steaming).
  5. Pass remaining Splash on the side.
