Brown Sugar Refrigerator Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. Crisco
• 2 lrg Large eggs
• 2 c. Brown sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 4 c. Flour
• 1 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp Baking pwdr
• 2 c. Minced pecans

1. Cream crisco and sugar.
2. Add in Large eggs, one at a time.
3. Add in vanilla.
4. Sift flour with soda and baking pwdr.
5. Add in to creamed mix gradually.
6. Add in pecans.
7. Form into 1" x 16" rolls.
8. Wrap in waxed paper.
9. Chill.
10. Slice 1/4" thick and bake at 375 degrees about 12 minutes.
11. Note: Dough may be frzn and used as needed for fresh cookies.
