Rich Butterscotch Squares

  1. Beat the cake mix, butter and the egg at low speed until blended.
  2. Press in the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes or till golden.
  4. cool.
  5. Heat the marshmallows, chips, and the frosting over low heat, stirring constantly until melted.
  6. Stir in cereal, spread over the baked layer.
  7. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
  8. press LIGHTLY.
  9. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  10. Enjoy!
