Martha Washington Fruit Cake Recipe
- 1 c. butter
- 5 Large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 Packages dates, minced
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 pound raisins
- 2 c. broken pecans
- 1 c. cherries
- 4 slices pineapple
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add in Large eggs, one at a time.
- Add in flour and lowfat milk alternately.
- Mix in fruits and nuts.
- Bake at 325 degrees.
- Makes 4 layers.
