Spicy Vegan Fried Rice
- 2 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cup spring onion
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 tbsp thumbs size ginger
- 6 tbsp shallot
- 3 small deseeded red chili
- pound spicy paste and set aside
- in pan with oil brown spicy paste till fragrant then add light soy sauce
- add cooked rice mix well continue frying for another 1 minute in low heat
- add spring onion and dash of pepper mix well and off heat
white rice, spring onion, soy sauce, oil, pepper, ginger, shallot, red chili
