Baked Brie Dip

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a large baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.
  3. Add the chopped onions and garlic and cook until softened and translucent.
  4. This should take about 10 minutes.
  5. In a large microwave-safe bowl combine the cubed brie and cream cheese.
  6. Melt in the microwave for 23 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in the sour cream, onion mixture, brown sugar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  8. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper.
  9. Pour the brie mixture into the baking dish and cover with foil.
  10. Bake in the oven until bubbly and warmed through, 20-30 minutes.
