Breakfast Burrito

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a small skillet until cooked through.
  2. Remove from skillet and place on side.
  3. Spray small skillet with no stick cooking spray.
  4. Add pepper and onion; cook and stir on medium heat 2 minutes.
  5. Add egg product; cook 3 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally.
  6. Place turkey bacon on tortilla; cover with egg mixture and cheese.
  7. Fold tortilla over filling; cut crosswise in half to serve.
  8. Enjoy with an 8 ounce glass of fat free milk and half of a banana.
