Breakfast Burrito
- 1 Tbsp. choppedred or green bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. choppedchopped onion
- 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 2 slice OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon
- 1 flour tortilla (6 inch)
- 1 slice KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles
- 8 fl oz fat-free milk
- 1/2 medium banana, sliced
- Cook turkey bacon in a small skillet until cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and place on side.
- Spray small skillet with no stick cooking spray.
- Add pepper and onion; cook and stir on medium heat 2 minutes.
- Add egg product; cook 3 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally.
- Place turkey bacon on tortilla; cover with egg mixture and cheese.
- Fold tortilla over filling; cut crosswise in half to serve.
- Enjoy with an 8 ounce glass of fat free milk and half of a banana.
