Bobby Flays Meatballs
- 4 cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped And Sauteed For 2 Minutes
- 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1/2 pounds Ground Pork
- 1/2 pounds Ground Veal
- 2 whole Large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cups Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Parsley
- 1 pinch Salt/pepper
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1 jar (24 Oz. Size) Pasta Sauce, Or Homemade
- Combine all ingredients (except the oil), in a large bowl until well-combined.
- Roll into golfball-sized balls and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat and add the meatballs.
- Let them fry, cooking on each side until lightly browned, but not cooked all the way through.
- This will take about 10-15 minutes.
- Add the meatballs into a pot of tomato sauce and let them simmer on medium low heat for about 45 minutes.
