Bobby Flays Meatballs

  1. Combine all ingredients (except the oil), in a large bowl until well-combined.
  2. Roll into golfball-sized balls and set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat and add the meatballs.
  4. Let them fry, cooking on each side until lightly browned, but not cooked all the way through.
  5. This will take about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Add the meatballs into a pot of tomato sauce and let them simmer on medium low heat for about 45 minutes.
