Curried Onion Dip
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 12 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 large green onions with tops, finely chopped
- 14 cup finely chopped sweet pepper (green, red or yellow)
- 2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
- 12 teaspoon curry powder
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- In small bowl, stir together sour cream,mayonnaise, green onions, green pepper, milk, curry powder, and garlic powder.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour (will keep for 2 days).
- Serve with an assortment of fresh veggies and/or chips.
