Concord Gin Fizz Cocktail

• 1 oz Plymouth Gin
• 1 oz Baines Pacharan Classico
• 2 oz Concord Grape Juice
• 1 barspoon lemon juice
• 1 dash lemon bitters
• A splash Fever Tree Soda

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
2. Strain into a Collins glass and and top with Fever Tree Soda.
3. Add skewered Concord grapes as a garnish.
