Hawaiian Meatballs
- 2-pound Bag Frozen Meatballs
- 1 10-12-ounce Jar Pineapple Preserves
- 1 18-ounce Bottle BBQ Sauce
- Pour bag of frozen meatballs into a 5 or 6-quart slow cooker.
- Add preserves and BBQ sauce...stir well.
- Cover and cook for 3 to 4 hours, until meatballs are hot, stirring several times.
- NOTE: I sometimes add a diced green pepper.
- This is one of my most popular appetizers.
- You can substitute the meatballs for two packages of cocktail sausages if preferred.
- This sauce is also delicious on pork chops, ribs, tenderloins, chicken, etc.
- Very tasty!
