Chilled Pasta with Tomato & Chicken Breast
- 100 grams Chicken breast
- 1 medium Tomato
- 2 Mitsuba
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Grated garlic
- 1 Herbed salt
- Dice the tomatoes.
- Mince the mitsuba.
- Boil the chicken breast and then cool in cold water.
- Pat dry and shred the chicken.
- Add Step 1 and the ingredients to a bowl and mix.
- Let chill.
- Boil the pasta.
- Once boiled, rinse and rub with cold water.
- Dry the noodles and then combine with the mixture from Step 2.
- "Thinly Sliced Pork Cold Pasta".
