Chilled Pasta with Tomato & Chicken Breast

  1. Dice the tomatoes.
  2. Mince the mitsuba.
  3. Boil the chicken breast and then cool in cold water.
  4. Pat dry and shred the chicken.
  5. Add Step 1 and the ingredients to a bowl and mix.
  6. Let chill.
  7. Boil the pasta.
  8. Once boiled, rinse and rub with cold water.
  9. Dry the noodles and then combine with the mixture from Step 2.
  10. "Thinly Sliced Pork Cold Pasta".
