Venison Teriyaki With Rice Recipe
- 2 lbs. tenderloin steak, sliced into thin strips
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 c. green peppers, sliced into strips
- 1 c. beef broth or possibly beef bouillon
- Add in the extra virgin olive oil and soy sauce to a wok or possibly high-sided skillet, then stir in the garlic, lemon juice and brown sugar.
- Heat the wok or possibly skillet on medium high heat till the liquid begins to steam.
- Add in the tenderloin strips and stir fry them till they are almost cooked.
- Meanwhile, prepared Minute Rice according to the package.
- Now add in to the wok the liquid removed mushrooms, green peppers and beef broth.
- Turn the heat down to medium, cover and slowly cook till everything is steaming warm.
- Then ladle over a bed of rice.
- Serves 4.
