Mozuku Seaweed Vinegar

  1. Mix sanbaizu and salt well.
  2. Dissolve sugar and salt in the bowl.
  3. Add mozuku and stir well, leave for 10~15 mins in a fridge.
  4. Place mozuku, sliced cucumber on a serving plate and pour sanbaizu over.
  5. Topped with shredded ginger.
