Spicy, Sweet, and Sour Daikon Namul
- 1/3 Daikon radish
- 1 dash Green onions (finely chopped)
- 1 clove Garlic (grated)
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Red chili pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 3 tbsp Water (as needed)
- Peel the daikon radish and julienne.
- Add the garlic, vinegar, sugar, powdered red chili pepper and the roasted sesame seeds, and mix well as in rubbing in the seasonings.
- Set it aside until the flavors settle.
- Once the moisture starts to come out of the daikon radish, adjust the taste.
- If it is too sour, add some water.
- Add the chopped green onions and sesame oil, mix well, and it is done.
- Stir-fried Daikon radish namul!
