Cheesy Filled Bagels
- 4 bagels
- 5 ounces roast chicken
- 6 ounces brie cheese or 6 ounces camembert cheese
- 4 -6 teaspoons cranberry sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Cut the bagels in half.
- Divide the chicken between the four bagels.
- Slice the cheese and lay on top of the chicken.
- Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Place the lid on the bagel and wrap each in a square of foil.
- Place on a baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes until the cheese softens and begins to run.
