Fresh Raspberry Sauce Recipe Sandsquish
- 2 cups (1 pint) fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons of liqueur
- Put raspberries, sugar and liqueur in a 4-cup measure.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave with 650 watts until soft, stirring once, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir lightly, leaving chunks of fruit in the sauce.
