EASY ONE PAN Sausage, Spinach and Rice Parmesan

  1. In a 10 inch skillet/pan that has a lid (but dont use lid yet!)
  2. cook/brown sausage completely.
  3. Drain of any grease and set aside.
  4. Prepare your Rice a Roni in same skillet as directions suggests.
  5. (This is when you will need the lid)
  6. When Rice a Roni is done, add sausage, Spinach, light cream and parmesan cheese and heat all on a low simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  7. It will thicken a bit.
  8. Garnish with additional parmesan.
