Amaretto Cheesecake

  1. Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar and butter.
  2. Press 1-1/2 cups of the crumb mixture firmly onto bottom and 1 inch up side of each of 4 (9-inch) springform pans (or 1 pan for trial recipe).
  3. Bake in 375F-convection oven for 8 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Filling: Mix milk and liqueur.
  6. Use to prepare cheese filling mix as directed on package.
  7. Immediately pour 1-1/4 quarts of the filling over crust in each pan.
  8. Topping: Mix sour cream, sugar and liqueur until well blended.
  9. Spread 1 cup of the sour cream mixture over each cheesecake.
  10. Garnish with almonds.
  11. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until chilled.
