Sparkling Mocha Punch

• 1/2 cup MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL, any cafe flavor
• 1 cup hot water
• 1 qt. (4 cups) coffee ice cream, softened
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
• 1/2 cup chocolate-flavored liqueur
• 2 cups cold club soda

1. Dissolve flavored instant coffee in water in punch bowl.
2. Add all remaining ingredients except club soda; stir with whisk until ice cream is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
3. Stir in club soda just before serving.
