Chorizo and Onion Tart
- 1 ready made puff pastry or homemade
- 2 small onion, cut in half and sliced
- 60 grams diced chorizo
- 60 grams spicy chorizo, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, finely diced
- 150 grams brie cheese
- Pre-heat the oven to 200c.
- You need a shallow tray big enough to fit the the pastry.
- Add greaseproof paper to the tray and again lightly grease the paper again.
- Lay the pastry on the paper.
- Brush the pastry with melted butter.
- Add all the other ingredients to the pastry.
- Place the tart in the oven.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges start to lightly brown.
