Low Carb Pancakes

  1. Mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Whisk the wet ingredients.
  3. Whisk wet and dry ingredients together.
  4. Cook in a skillet in butter.
  5. Brown one side of the pancake, flip, brown the other side, then flip once more.
  6. Top with butter and your favorite syrup.
  7. We used Maple Grove Farms sugar free maple syrup.
