Low Carb Pancakes
- 12 cup coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons Truvia or 3 tablespoons stevia
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 6 eggs
- 12 cup butter
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 12 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Whisk the wet ingredients.
- Whisk wet and dry ingredients together.
- Cook in a skillet in butter.
- Brown one side of the pancake, flip, brown the other side, then flip once more.
- Top with butter and your favorite syrup.
- We used Maple Grove Farms sugar free maple syrup.
