Boost your Calcium Intake! Chocolate Milk Jello
- 250 ml Soy milk
- 250 ml Milk
- 4 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 50 grams Sugar
- 10 grams Gelatin
- Soak the gelatin in 4 tablespoons of water (not listed).
- Put the ingredients and gelatin into a heatproof container and cover in plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 2 minutes at 500W.
- Stir the mixture and add the soy milk.
- Set the container in ice-cold water to cool.
- Stir the mixture until it thickens, then the cocoa powder will not settle to the bottom.
- Pour into cups and chill in the fridge.
- It's more like chocolate pudding than jello.
