Tomato Juice Cocktail
- 3 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 handful basil leaves
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 1 stalk celery with leaves, cut into pieces
- 1 beet, cut into pieces
- 18 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
- Using a juicer, process all ingredients except cayenne.
- Whisk in cayenne.
- Serve in tall glass.
