Pepper and Egg Sandwich
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 multi-grain English muffins, split, toasted
- 2 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices, cut in half
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- Cook and stir peppers in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add eggs; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until set, stirring occasionally.
- Place Kraft Singles pieces on bottom halves of muffins; cover with egg mixture, barbecue sauce and tops of muffins.
