Pepper and Egg Sandwich

  1. Cook and stir peppers in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender.
  3. Add eggs; cook 2 to 3 min.
  4. or until set, stirring occasionally.
  5. Place Kraft Singles pieces on bottom halves of muffins; cover with egg mixture, barbecue sauce and tops of muffins.
