Marinated Chuck Roast Recipe
- 1 (3-5 lb.) chuck roast
- Meat tenderizer
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/2 c. strong coffee
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 lg. onion, finely minced
- Sprinkle meat with tenderizer and set aside.
- Heat butter; add in sesame seeds and brown slightly.
- Add in the remaining ingredients.
- Pour over the roast and marinate for at least 12 hrs; turn meat often.
- Remove the roast from the marinade and grill; baste frequently with marinade.
- Cook to desired doneness.
