Eggplant In Spaghetti Sauce

• 2 cup Spaghetti sauce
• 2 cup dice eggplant
• 1 dash parsley
• 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
• 1 additional add on grated parmesan cheese

1. BAKE IT
2. put dice eggplant with spaghetti sauce on a baking tray and bake it at 200 C for 35 to 40 minutes till egg plant are soft
3. SERVE
4. top garnish and serve on white rice or spaghetti
5. NON VEGAN OPTION BAKED EGGPLANT IN SPAGHETTI SAUCE TOP GARNISH WITH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
