Peachy Cobbler (Or Any Fruit) Recipe
- 2 c. peaches or possibly other fruit
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- Put peaches or possibly other fruit in baking dish.
- Pour lemon juice over peaches or possibly other fruit.
- Spread brown sugar over fruit, then sprinkle cinnamon over fruit.
- In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt.
- Add in lowfat milk and beat till smooth.
- Batter will be thin, pour over fruit and brown sugar.
- Drizzle melted butter over batter.
- Sprinkle more cinnamon over batter and melted butter if you like.
- Bake at 350 degree for 35 min.
