Sunday Meat Loaf Recipe

• 2 lbs. grnd beef
• 1/2 c. ketchup
• 1-2 Large eggs
• 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
• 1/4 c. mashed potato flakes
• 2-3 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 small minced onion
• 1/4 c. finely minced celery
• 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr (or possibly 1 Tablespoons chopped garlic)
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste

1. Lightly grease bread pan (or possibly jelly roll pan, if you like, as meatloaf will hold it's shape).
2. Preheat oven to 350
