Almond Quinoa Power Bars
- 12 cup brown rice syrup or 12 cup honey
- 13 cup almond butter
- 34 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups quinoa
- 12 cup coarsely chopped almonds
- In a large bowl whisk together honey, almond butter and almond extract until well blended.
- Stir in quinoa flakes and almonds until just combined.
- Using your hands, press quinoa mixture into foil lined and greased pan.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Lift mixture from pan and invert onto cutting board.
- Peel off foil and cut into 8 bars.
