Just Chili
- 2 pounds Ground Chuck
- 2 whole Onions, Medium To Large, Peeled And Diced
- 4 Tablespoons Ground Chili Power
- 1 teaspoon Salt, Or To Taste
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper, Or To Taste
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chili, Your Favorite Brand, With Or Without Beans
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can Tomato Juice, 46 Ounce
- In a large sauce pot brown ground chuck, crumbling with a fork until broken up and no longer pink.
- Drain grease.
- Add the diced onion, chili powder, salt, pepper, canned chili, canned diced tomatoes and tomato juice.
- Cook till it starts to boil then turn down heat and simmer for 45 60 minutes to thicken.
- You can add a can of kidney beans, pinto beans or chili beans when you add the other ingredients if you like beans in your chili.
