Chinese Bean Sprout Salad
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 5 slice Ham
- 1 White sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Chinese soup stock
- Parboil or briefly microwave the bean sprouts Cut the cucumber and ham into thin strips.
- Lightly drain the excess oil from the tuna.
- Transfer all the ingredients to a bowl.
- Combine the ingredients and make the dressing.
- Pour the Step 2 dressing over the Step 1 ingredients.
- Mix well, and let them absorb the flavour in the fridge for about 30 minutes (drain the excess water if you prefer).
- And it's done.
