Chinese Bean Sprout Salad

  1. Parboil or briefly microwave the bean sprouts Cut the cucumber and ham into thin strips.
  2. Lightly drain the excess oil from the tuna.
  3. Transfer all the ingredients to a bowl.
  4. Combine the ingredients and make the dressing.
  5. Pour the Step 2 dressing over the Step 1 ingredients.
  6. Mix well, and let them absorb the flavour in the fridge for about 30 minutes (drain the excess water if you prefer).
  7. And it's done.
