Praline Rhubarb Small Pie

  1. Mix all together except crusts and topping.
  2. Preheat oven @ 425F.
  3. Bring mixture to a 2 bubble simmer.
  4. Line baking tin with pie dough keeping scraps to be top pieces.
  5. (4 small 4"x5" pies).
  6. Spray tin with non stick butter flavor oil.
  7. Bake @ 425 F for 15 minutes, lower heat to 375 F for last 15-20 minutes.
  8. Set aside to cool 30 minutes and put into refrigerator before removing from bake tin.
  9. Optional: 1/2 quanity rhubarb and 1/2 quanity other fruit fillings.
  10. (strawberrys).
