Meatball Sandwiches
- 6 bolillo rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup breadcrumbs
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 24 ounces of your favorite pasta sauce
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- add all ingredients to mixing boll except for rolls and provolone cheese.
- Using hands, mix ingredients together thoroughly.
- roll meat mixture into 1in to 1 1/2 diameter balls.
- place balls onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 25-30 or until internal temperature of meatballs reach 165 degrees.
- Heat pasta sauce on low until heated through.
- Once meatballs are done cooking, let rest about 10 minutes.
- Slice rolls length wise down the middle and place on baking sheet.
- turn oven to broil.
- Place 2-3 meatballs inside sliced rolls, spoon pasta sauce and 1 slice provolone cheese on top.
- broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
