Honey Barbecued Spareribs

  1. Cut spareribs into serving size pieces.
  2. Place ribs, bone side down, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  3. Cover and roast at 350F for 1 hour.
  4. Drain.
  5. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl; brush some of glaze on ribs.
  6. Roast, uncovered, 30-45 minutes longer or until meat is tender, brushing occasionally with remaining glaze.
