Hakka Veggie Noodles
- 300 g (1/3 of 900-g pkg.) spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup matchlike carrot sticks Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 cup coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 1/4 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
- Heat oil in large skillet on high heat.
- Add next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 1 min.
- Stir in next 4 ingredients; cook and stir 3 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add spaghetti and remaining ingredients; cook and stir 1 min.
- or until heated through.
