Delia's Rhubarb Torte

  1. Mix crust ingredients together and press into a greased 8x8" pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  3. Mix filling ingredients together and pour over baked crust.
  4. Bake another 20-30 minutes or until thick and set.
  5. Mix meringue ingredients and whip until stiff peaks form.
  6. Spread over top of filling layer.
  7. Bake just until peaks are golden.
